Treinamento em Lean Construction reúne mais de 50 pessoas no Sirius Vila Bastos
No dia 25/04, um time de 52 colaboradores da PATRIANI participou de um treinamento em Lean Construction, metodologia voltada a alavancar a produtividade a partir da melhoria de processos internos e da redução de diferentes tipos de desperdício, como materiais e tempo. Com isso, espera-se mais eficiência e agilidade nas entregas, garantindo a qualidade do produto final.
Criada originalmente para a indústria automotiva, a metodologia lean surgiu no Japão do pós-guerra com o objetivo de produzir mais, melhor e com menos recursos. Na prática, o sistema exige planejamento e execução enxutas, reduzindo custos e excluindo processos que não agregam valor ao cliente.
O treinamento contou com a parceria da Aval Engenharia, responsável pela implementação da ferramenta e da capacitação das equipes na PATRIANI. O conteúdo abordou um histórico da metodologia, adaptando-a para a realidade do setor da construção civil.
Durante o curso, os participantes também falaram sobre os diferenciais PATRIANI, como a personalização dos apartamentos, que exige das equipes uma rápida adaptabilidade, uma vez que não há um padrão total em nossas entregas e em todos os processos que envolvem o nosso negócio.
Dinâmica – Para pôr os conceitos do treinamento em prática, os participantes foram divididos em grupos para uma dinâmica que simulou um processo de fabricação (foto). Em uma primeira fase, esses grupos tiveram estoque disponível e, nas etapas seguintes, trabalharam sob demanda com estoque reduzido. O objetivo foi mostrar a importância dos processos internos para uma entrega de qualidade, sem sobras de materiais, nem desperdício de dinheiro.
Para estimular a competição entre os times de um jeito lúdico, a Aval premiou os grupos mais ágeis na dinâmica com um curso de Lean Construction. E tivemos um empate.

Há poucos dias, realizamos o Nascimento da Torre do MIRAI CAMPESTRE PATRIANI, em Santo André. Um evento especial que reuniu 234 clientes para conhecer cada detalhe de sua obra e entender os próximos passos da construção. Todos foram bem recepcionados pelos nossos engenheiros, que explicaram, passo a passo, tudo que está sendo feito neste empreendimento, que será o mais moderno do bairro Campestre. O prédio tem 162 unidades, em plantas de 79 m² e 93 m², com duas suítes e diferenciais modernos e tecnológicos como: vaga para carro elétrico, coworking e espaço You Tuber. Além disso, o MIRAI CAMPESTRE conta com o sistema elétrico BUSWAY, que leva eletricidade para os andares com muito menos oscilações de energia e sem fiação. Isso é possível graças ao sistema de barramento blindado. A previsão de entrega do MIRAI CAMPESTRE é julho de 2024.
